Admissions and Fee Policies

1. Fee Payment: All course fees must be paid according to the scheduled due dates or agreed instalment plans.
2. No Refund Policy: Fees paid are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances, including course discontinuation or non-attendance.
3. Admission Rights: The institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission if a candidate provides false information or fails to meet criteria.

Student Code of Conduct

1. Attendance: Students must maintain a minimum attendance percentage (typically 75% to 80%) to be eligible for final exams and certification.
2. Lab Rules: Eating, drinking, and unauthorized software installation are banned in computer labs. Students are financially liable for any damage to hardware or equipment.
3. Behavior: Respectful behaviour toward staff and peers is mandatory. Harassment or ragging leads to immediate termination without fee refunds.

Certification and Placement

1. Exam & Certification: Course completion certificates are awarded only after clearing internal practical/theory assessments and clearing all pending dues.
2. Placement Assistance: Institutes provide placement guidance or interview opportunities, but do not guarantee employment or specific salary packages.

Intellectual Property & Liability

1. Copyright: All training manuals, software guides, and online portal materials belong exclusively to the institute. Copying or redistributing them is prohibited.
2. Liability: The institute is not responsible for personal property loss on campus or technical disruptions caused by external internet/power failures.
